This was the follow-up to our previous visit in 2010 when we handed-over the 1st phase of 5 polyclinics in Yongshou County, Xianyang Prefecture, Shaanxi Province.

A delegation of senior officers from National, Selangor State & Kawasan Pantai Selangor ( KPS ) HQs were in Xi'an, Shaanxi from 19th till 25th Sepember 2012 to officially hand-over the last 10 of the 15 polyclinics that SJAM-KPS Foundation funded through public & individual donation.
With the completion of the hand-over, ends our mission & vision of the project of 3 years effort worth RM 600,000.00

The 15 completed ployclinics are located as follow:-

1st & 2nd phase comprising 10 polyclinics are in Yongshou County, Xianyang Prefecture, Shaanxi Province.

3rd phase comprising 5 polyclinics are in Zhen'an County, Shanglue Prefecture, Shaanxi Province.
